Mr Adebayo Adetunji Adeleke, MIOD, is the Chief Operating Officer of Bird Song Glory Ltd and the Group Managing Director of Lancelot Ventures Limited.
He has his first degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. He is a member of professional bodies like the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, the Institute of Directors and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Mr Adeleke has over 30 years of work experience spanning several sectors of the economy- Real Estate, Finance, Agriculture, Aviation, Supply & Distribution, Logistics etc.
He is an astute investor, boardroom icon, entrepreneur and philanthropist.
Khadijah is the accountant of the firm, and she has been with the firm for 3 years. She is a HND graduate of Accountancy from Osun State Polytechnic with a Distinction grade. She is currently a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate of Accounting Technicians of West Africa (ATSWA). She embodies a remarkable blend of brilliance and innovation. One of Khadijah’s traits is her ability to work diligently under minimal supervision. Her self-motivation and discipline drive her to deliver exceptional results, often exceeding expectations consistently. In the professional realm, Khadijah’s innovative solutions stand out, and her knack for finding novel approaches to challenges is highly valued. She envisions possibilities others might overlook and has a track record of turning these visions into tangible accomplishments.
Victor is a graduate of Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, Benin City (2019). He has over 5 years of work experience. He is an Economist, a Statistician, a Business Development Enthusiast and a Logistics expert. He has been a staff of Bird Song Glory Limited since 2021 and he is at present the Head of Operations.
Faith studied Office Technology and Management at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. She also holds a diploma in air ticketing and reservations from the Global Institute of Aviation and Maritime Technology, Lagos. She is a seasoned administrator who is self-motivated. She is goal-oriented and has good communication and interpersonal skills. A high performer, as evidenced by a track record of consistent and excellent delivery of assigned tasks. She heads the Human Resources and Administration Department of the firm. Faith is a team player who is a creative thinker and tech enthusiast who is always willing to learn.
Olufunke is a performance-driven and goal-oriented lawyer who graduated from the University of Ibadan in 2013 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association of Nigeria, Ikeja Chapter. She is also a Graduate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretariats and Administrators of Nigeria. Presently, she is the Company Secretary and Legal Officer of the Company and also at the Group Level. She is a non-compromising team player. Olufunke has excellent client evaluation skills and a proven ability to quickly establish excellent working relationships with clients.
Adesola is the Insurance, Tracking and Inspection Officer of the firm. She manages the General Insurance affairs, tracking and inspection of the company’s assets. She has B.S.C in Computer Science from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Ondo State. Adesola is known for her exceptional ability to manage all the insurance-related issues pertaining to all the company’s vehicles, tracking and inspecting all the company’s vehicles.
Aghauche Ifeanyi Pascal is a graduate of Biochemistry and Marine Engineering, from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Uli, Anambra State and Delta State School of Marine Technology, Burutu, Delta State.He joined the Operations Department at Bird Song Glory Limited in July 2022 and has strengthened the technical and recovery unit of the firm.
Olufikun is a graduate of Mass Communication from Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State. He is a dynamic and result-driven Operations Officer who excels at streamlining processes and ensuring efficient operational workflows. he is experienced in overseeing leasing agreements, negotiating terms, and ensuring contractual obligations are met. His strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
Emmanuel is a detail-oriented and result-driven Operation Officer with 5 years of experience in managing operations and ensuring smooth business processes. He is a graduate of Accounting from Gateway ICT Polytechnic, Ogun State Nigeria. Emmanuel is known for his exceptional ability to monitor and manage assigned clients. He ensures prompt payments from clients and proper record keeping. He is a team player with excellent communication skills, who is always ready to take on new challenges.
